Autumn Randall, MA, MCoun
I am a person-centered counselor committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based mental health care. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic alliance, where trust, safety, and open communication allow clients to explore their experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel supported enough to talk about what truly matters—even the topics that may feel difficult or overwhelming.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychotherapy. These approaches allow us to explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools that help clients manage life’s challenges more effectively.
Outside of my clinical work, I value activities that support balance, reflection, and personal growth. I enjoy engaging in meaningful conversations, learning about new perspectives, and exploring various interests. These passions help inform the empathy and presence I bring into my work with clients.
I am deeply committed to providing client-centered, ethical, and evidence-based mental health care that respects each person’s story and supports their journey toward healing, growth, and resilience.
